March 3, 2021 <br />Attention Planning Commission Members, <br />Our names are Jake & Jon Packer, we're writing to express our support for the Trott Brook North Sketch Plan <br />and Development proposal being presented by the Excelsior Group. We're the seller's brokers in this <br />transaction, and are also the Great, Great, Grandsons of William Makowsky Senior, who originally purchased this <br />land in 1914. We are writing this letter not only to express our support but also to express the support of more <br />than 60 members of the Makowsky & Petersen families who are all in favor of this development. To the best of <br />our knowledge this sketch plan is in compliance with all of Ramsey's zoning ordinances and we are hopeful that <br />this plan will be approved by the planning commission and council so that we may move forward.
