Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-070 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR RAMSEY VILLAS NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Rivers Bend Holdings, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly <br />applied for Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot E, Rivers Bend 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />or upon platting <br />Lots 1 — 3 (inclusive), Block 1, Ramsey Villas North, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat with several contingencies, <br />including the Developer entering into a Development Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Development Agreement on March 23, 2021. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement between the <br />Developer and the City for Ramsey Villas North contingent upon final approval by City <br />Engineer and City Attorney as to legal form. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of March, 2021. <br />
