Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 21-074 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS FOR 2021 NEIGHBORHOOD PAVEMENT OVERLAY <br />IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #21-04 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to overlay the pavement on numerous <br />neighborhood street segments in 2021 as identified within the 2021 — 2030 Capital Improvement <br />Program; and <br />WHEREAS, funding for this improvement is proposed to come from the Pavement <br />Management Fund and Stormwater Utility Fund with a total estimated project cost of $594,000, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution #21-011 adopted January 12, <br />2021, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of advertising for <br />bids for the same improvements. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the plans and specifications prepared by the <br />City Engineer for the making of such improvements and authorizes the advertisement of <br />bids for the same improvements as City Improvement Project #21-04, 2021 <br />Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements. <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />
