CC Regular Session 5.20. <br />Meeting Date: 03/23/2021 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #21-083 Authorizing Application to Minnesota DNR Natural and Scenic Area Grant Program <br />and Designate Authorized Officials <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to adopt a required resolution to submit an Application to the Minnesota DNR's Natural <br />and Scenic Areas Grant Program. <br />The City Council previously authorized Staff to prepare this Application in February 8, 2021. A copy of the <br />previous case is attached for more detailed background. Upon completing the Application, a resolution of support is <br />also required. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends adoption of this Resolution. This is part of the Riverstone South subdivision request, a project <br />recommended for approval by the Planning Commission (as well as Environmental Policy Board).
