Regional Systems <br />The COR is the heart of several regional systems that are either located within or adjacent to The COR. <br />These regional systems include the Northstar Commuter Rail, the Central Anoka County Regional Trail, <br />the Mississippi West Regional Park, and the Mississippi River Trail. <br />A number of these systems have a pedestrian component. As such, Ramsey desires to locate the future <br />Central Anoka County Regional Trail through the heart of The COR, along Center Street. The map below <br />indicates Ramsey's preferred route for this trail. As this trail requires crossing Highway 10, it is <br />imperative that a safe, grade -separated crossing is realized.
