<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-063 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF MULTIPLE AGREEMENTS FOR <br />ND <br />OUTLOT A, ALPHA DEVELOPMENT, AND OUTLOT B ALPHA DEVELOPMENT 2 <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br />1. The City of Ramsey, herein referred to as the “City,” has approved a development contract <br />for the properties known as Outlot A, Alpha Development, and Outlot B, Alpha <br />nd <br />Development 2 Addition, Anoka County, MN (the “Subject Property”). <br /> <br />2. The Subject Property is hereby released from the terms and conditions of that certain <br />Development Contract by and between the City and Hageman Holdings, LLC dated May <br />20, 2011 and filed May 23, 2011 as Document No. 2022343.005 in the office of the Anoka <br />County Recorder (the “Development Contract”). <br /> <br />3. The Subject Property is hereby released from the terms and conditions of that certain <br />Amended and Restated Development Contract by and between the City and Hageman <br />Holdings, LLC dated December 13, 2016 and filed on January 10, 2017 as Document No. <br />2160375.002 in the office of the Anoka County Recorder (the “Amended and Restated <br />Development Contract”). <br /> <br />4. The Subject Property is hereby released from the terms and conditions of that certain <br />Development Contract by and between the City and Hageman Holdings, LLC dated May <br />20, 2011and filed May 23, 2011 as Document No. 2022343.008 in the office of the Anoka <br />County Recorder (the “Storm Water Treatment and Ponding Maintenance Agreement”). <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City, subject to City Attorney review, approves: <br /> <br />a. Release from the Development Contract, Amended and Restated Development <br />Contract, and the Storm Water Treatment and Ponding Maintenance Agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Heineman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />
