The trend of property taxes shows an increasing reliance on this
source as the state has withdrawn their support that was previously received as local government aid.

Highways and streets along with culture and recreation realized program revenues in excess of the
amount expensed. In highways and streets, this was due to the contributions of infrastructure assets from
developers increasing capital assets that are recognized as revenue in the year received. Subsequently
these capital assets are depreciated over the asset's useful life. In culture and recreation, contributions
were received in accordance with developer agreements that will be utilized in future periods.

Revenue by Source - Governmental Activities

Other
3%

\
Property Taxes \\~
-- \
40% \

Charges for Services
18%

Operating Grants and
Contributions
3%

General Grants and
Contributions
2%

Capital Grants and
Contributions
34%

-7-
