WHEREAS, the new building site created by the metes and bounds subdivision <br />will be subject to sewer and water trunk, sewer and water lateral, park dedication, <br />stormwater management and trail fees; the remainder of Tract C, Registered Land Survey <br />No. 119, is not subject to these fees until it is further subdivided. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby approves the metes and bounds subdivision of the east 210 <br />feet, as measured at right angles to the east line, of Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. <br />119, files of the Registrar of Titles of Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That application of the City seal and signature to the legal documents for recording at the <br />Anoka County Records shall be contingent upon the Applicant's providing for the <br />payment of the following fees: <br /> <br />a) Park Dedication $2,200.00 <br />b) Stormwater Management $ 384.00 <br />c) Trail Fees $ 550.00 <br />d) Sewer Trunk $1,100.00 <br />e) Sewer Lateral $3,305.00 <br />f) Water Trunk $1,862.00 <br />g) Water Lateral $7,539.00 <br /> <br />The mot/on for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Strommen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Pearson <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the £ollowing abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-05-132 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
