<br />Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-045 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , from 2002-2006 the City of Ramsey acquired Tax ID parcels 27-32-25-33- <br />0017, 27-32-25-33-0008 and 27-32-25-33-0006 (the “Subject Property”) for redevelopment <br />purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, the City of Ramsey has entered the Subject Property into the Voluntary <br />Investigation and Clean-up Program (VIC) in 2018 to begin the work to obtain No Association <br />Determination (NAD) and Retroactive No Association Determination (RNAD) Letters to allow <br />for the marketing of the property for sale for industrial development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the Environmental Services proposal by Braun Intertec would complete the <br />requested site investigation/monitoring required by MPCA as part of the VIC program and provide <br />the information necessary to obtain a NAD and RNAD letter for the Subject Property; and <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves execution of the Environmental <br />Services Contract with Braun Intertec in an amount not to exceed $15,789. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
