<br />Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-062 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A BEEKEEPING LICENSE ON A RESIDENTIAL <br />th <br />PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 7191 160 LANE NW <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />Angelique Quinn Strobl, hereinafter referred to as the “Licensee”, has <br />properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the “City”) for a Beekeeping License on the property <br />th <br />generally known as 7191 160 Lane NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />THE N 418.85 FT OF W 416 FT OF NW1/4 OF SW1/4 OF SEC 15 TWP 32 RGE 25, EX <br />RD, SUBJ TO EASE OF REC <br /> <br />(“Subject Property”) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the request appears to comply with all provisions and conditions outlined <br />in the Ramsey City Code Section 10-1(f) pertaining to beekeeping; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City Council met on March 23, 2021 to review the request for a <br />Beekeeping License. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Licensee <br />1) That a Beekeeping License is hereby granted to t he to maintain honeybees on <br />Subject Property <br />the . <br /> <br />Licensee <br />2) That the shall comply with all provisions of Ramsey City Code Section 10-1(f). <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
