<br />Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-070 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR RAMSEY VILLAS <br />NORTH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Rivers Bend Holdings, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly <br />applied for Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />rd <br />Outlot E, Rivers Bend 3 Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> or upon platting <br /> <br />Lots 1 – 3 (inclusive), Block 1, Ramsey Villas North, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the City Council approved the Final Plat with several contingencies, <br />including the Developer entering into a Development Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City Council approved the Development Agreement on March 23, 2021. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement between the <br />Developer and the City for Ramsey Villas North contingent upon final approval by City <br />Engineer and City Attorney as to legal form. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
