<br />Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-075 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS FOR 2021 MSA PAVEMENT OVERLAY <br />IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #21-05 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey proposes to overlay the pavement on numerous <br />Municipal State Aid (MSA) street segments in 2021 as identified within the 2021 – 2030 Capital <br />Improvement Program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, funding for this improvement is proposed to come from the MSA Fund and <br />Stormwater Utility Fund with a total estimated project cost of $295,000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />pursuant to Ramsey City Staff resolution #21-012, adopted January 12, <br />2021, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of advertising for <br />bids for the same improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the plans and specifications prepared by the <br />City Engineer for the making of such improvements and authorizes the advertisements <br />for bids for the same improvements as City Improvement Project #21-05, 2021 MSA <br />Pavement Overlay Improvements. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
