One company is a bindery and the other is a <br />manufacturer. Staff continues to negotiate with a 30,000 S.F. rigging company and hopes to ink <br />these deals in 2005. As more details become available they will be passed on. <br /> <br />Business Grand Openings:. Nothing to report at this time. <br /> <br />Business Communication Initiatives: Nothing new to report at this time. Invitations for the <br />Business Appreciation Day event will be going out Soon by Monday the 11th of July. <br /> <br />Community Revitalization Projects <br /> <br />14040 Azurite St NW: Martin EDM has hade their site plan approved and construction of a <br />10,000 S.F. machine shop should begin in July 2005. <br /> <br />14140 Azurite ST NW: All MPCA hurdles have been cleared and construction of this 12,000 <br />S.F. two story office by Professional Properties, LLC should commence in July 2005. <br /> <br />6030 Bunker Lake Boulevard NW: The old farm house and metal pole building has been <br />removed from the site. The property is being marketed to interested parties including Zero-Zone <br />who is contemplating an expansion. Stay tuned for further developments. <br /> <br />14280 Sunfish Lake Blvd NW: Currently the City is looking at dedicating a portion to this site <br />for part of a comprehensive drainage plan. The buildable area of the site will be between 1 and 2 <br />acres. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous: <br /> <br />Mate Building: The city issued conduit Industrial Revenue Bonds at the June 28th Council <br />Meeting for the manufacturing project with Kilkenny, LLC. The company will bring <br />approximately 125 jobs and utilize the existing structure and make some improvements. <br /> <br /> <br />
