Please note that taking water from the Mississippi River for dust control in <br />volumes that exceed 10,000 gallons of water per day requires approval under a DNR Water <br />Appropriation Permit. In addition, the owner of the land from which the water is taken is <br />required to give permission to the company to use their land to take water from the river. <br />9. Page 28, Dust.
