STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />Code Enforcement Unit <br />January 15, 2021 <br />Tracy Phillippi <br />Or Current Owner <br />7111 175th Ave NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />-FIRST NOTICE OF VIOLATION - <br />RE: Violations on Anoka County PID #03-32-25-32-0003 (7111 175th Ave NW) <br />Dear Property Owner: <br />The City of Ramsey has adopted ordinances that are designed to keep the community safe, healthy <br />and attractive. City Staff recently received a complaint of the above premises in regards to the <br />following violations of the Ramsey City Code as listed below: <br />• City Code Chapter 30-3 —Property conditions constituting a public nuisance <br />(6) The storage or accumulation of waste, refuse, or garbage that is not contained in a <br />closed container designed or reasonably adapted for such purpose, except for 30 days <br />preceding pick-up by a hauler. This includes any accumulation of appliances, plumbing <br />fixtures, furniture, equipment, remnants of wood (decayed or weathered) unused <br />construction materials, stockpiles of rocks or dirt, or any items that could not be put to <br />use in the manner that they are intended. <br />• City Code Section 117-355 —Residential development off-street parking. <br />(3) Surfacing <br />b. Outside the metropolitan urban service area (MUSA) <br />1. Currently licensed and operable motor vehicles, the primary purpose of which is <br />for private transportation or recreational use may be parked: <br />(i.) In the front yard if on a driveway <br />(ii.)
