However, it was appalled at the invasion of privacy <br />6 that occurred, and also it was appalled at the very <br />7 serious - <br />0 QUESTION: Now this picketing was at the Doctors <br />home, was it not? <br />10 MR. FUHRMAN: It was at the Doctors home. <br />11 QUESTION: He did not operate a clinic, did he, from <br />12 his home? <br />13 MR. FUHRMAN: No, he did it. <br />14 QUESTION: It was just where he lived? <br />15 MR. FUHRMAN: That was just where he lived. In fact, <br />16 he had two clinics, one in Milwaukee, and one in another city, <br />17 but not in his home. <br />18 QUESTION: None in Brookfield? <br />19 MR. FUHRMAN: None in the Town of Brookfield, right. <br />20 So in oral argument today, I propose to concentrate <br />21 on three principal points. The first is that the District <br />22 Court order was filed, and it was a final order. Second, that <br />23 the residential streets of the Town of Brookfield are not <br />24 public fora.
