But the District Court found what kind of picketing <br />10 that they had engaged in the past, namely eleven to forty <br />1.1 people, and there were some unfortunate remarks and one thing <br />12 or another of that kind. <br />13 Should we ask the question whether that particular <br />14 type of picketing is constitutionally protected? <br />15 MR.
