COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />7.00: Receive Update on Sketch Plan for Trott Brook Property, Makowsky Addition, Case <br />of Excelsior Group (Project #20-103) <br />Senior Planner McGuire Brigl reviewed the staff report and stated that the Planning Commission <br />directed the applicant to move forward with developing a formal preliminary plat, compliant with <br />all City Code standards, which is consistent with the process as laid out in City Code. Staffs <br />review outlines minor adjustments to the plan that shall be required in order to achieve full <br />compliance with the Zoning Code, but overall the project complies with Zoning Code. <br />City Council / March 23, 2021 <br />Page 13 of 24 <br />
