Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #02-40, SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO OAK TERRACE ESTATES MOBILE HOME PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 02-11-295 of the Ramsey City Council on November 26, <br />2002, a feasibility study for Improvement Project 02-40, Sanitary Sewer and Watermain <br />Improvements to Oak Terrace Mobile Home Park has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City. <br />Engineer; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report has been updated in July 2005 to represent certain price changes due to <br />unit cost increases and the deletion of the storm sewer which is not possible at this time due to <br />the lack of pond availability; and' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the feasibility study provides information regarding whether this project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sanitary sewer, <br />watermain, and storm sewer to Oak Terrace Estates Mobile Home Park in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code <br />Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $229,677 <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 26th day of <br />July, 2005 at Ramsey Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and the <br />City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the 'following were absent: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-02-XXX <br /> Page 1 0f2 <br /> <br />-113- <br /> <br /> <br />
