ORDINANCE #05- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R]i' Residential to Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD): <br /> <br /> The north 330.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of SeCtion 23, <br /> Township 32, Range 25, together with an easement for road purposes over the west . <br /> 33.00 feet of that part of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 23 which lies north of <br /> County State Aid Highway No. 5, according to the United States Government' survey <br /> thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> (the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br /> <br />The City is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey <br />Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
