WHEREAS, on May 3, 2005, the City of Ramsey received an application for Preliminary <br />Plat and Preliminary Site Plan approval of Ramsey Town Center 7th Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 19, 2005, the Planning Commission conducted a pubJic hearing and <br />recommended that City Council approve the preliminary plat; and' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 31, 2005, the Ramsey City Council reviewed and approved the <br />preliminary plat and site plan of the Subject Property subject to certain conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 23, 2005, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment granted a variance to to <br />the maximum front yard setback for certain structures in Ramsey Town Center 7ta Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 28, 2005, the City of Ramsey received the final plat and final site <br />plan for review and approval. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby pants final plat approval to Ramsey Town Cemer <br />7th Addition subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated July 7, 2005 <br />b) The Applicant entering into a DeVelopment Contract with the City <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolUtion was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same:' <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 12th day of July, 2005. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />-210- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07- <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
