Recommendation: <br /> <br />On June 23, 2005, the Board of Adjustment met and held a public hearing regarding the <br />proposed variance request. After reviewing the matter and reviewing the facts of the case, the <br />Board of Adjustment adopted findings of fact denying the variance. <br /> <br />The Applicant has exercised his right of appeal to the City Council, as allowed under City Code. <br />Staff has prepared findings of fact for the City Council to consider as well as resolutions <br />approving and denying the variance request. <br /> <br />City Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #05-06- adopting Findings of Fact #__ relating to a request <br />/'rom Mr. Ben Deemer for a variance in determining maximum allowable density on the Subject <br />Property. <br /> <br />Motion to deny the request for a variance in determining maximum allowable density on the <br />Subject Property, based on the findings of fact, and adopt Resolution #05-06- denying the <br />variance request. <br /> <br />-or- <br />Motion to approve the request for a variance in determining .maximum allowable density on the <br />Subject Property, based on the findings of fact, and adopt Resolution #05-06- declaring terms <br />of same. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Asst.
