Please be advised that the City <br />has not changed the zoning of the property that you own, <br />as property description 25-32-25-23-0005, since the adoption of <br />a revision and codification of R~msey City Ordinance #78-1 dated <br />January 16, 1978. <br /> <br />However, in researching the alleged zoning change~ it was noted <br />that there was not any real documentation to protect the several <br />special zoning situations such as in 7our case.
