<br /> This process ended with several trips to court, and the city requesting a continuance to
<br /> negotiate conditions on Nov 15, 1990 court appearance, wNch was declined by Ben Deemer.
<br /> ~ Judges statement was we would proceed to trial, unless the City dismissed the Case, and at this
<br /> time he was prepare to rule in favor of Mr Deemer, because documents showed he had standing.
<br /> The city dismissed the case at this time_and no court record was created about the circumstances.

<br /> Metal Building, and flame garage Addressed 14542 Nowthen Bird undamaged.
<br /> Office trailer suffered heat scorching of paint and melting of some plastic parts.

<br /> would have to be upgraded t° current' codes before an residential occupancy permit would be issued,
<br /> (city staff`cannot locate a copy ofth/s letter)

<br />1992, April .... Letter to city requesting City water and sewer concurrent with Wood Pond Hills project (the
<br /> Hanus property). This letter was miss filed in the Pondvale 1 st ADD petition for the same
<br /> improvements, where my Ex-Wife was a petitioner. Wood Pond Hills and Pondvale both got the
<br /> improvements, and by the time the mistake was found in the petition, it was to late in the process
<br /> to get the project done, so I purchased a replacement residence at a different location.
<br /> The improvements were installed late in 1993, and the assesment is being paid,..

<br /> was now void, Responce was that the industrial use of the property was not damaged and
<br /> continues as it Was, bm the office which was in the home has been moved, and use is now as
<br /> needed for business. (City staff cannot Iocate either of these documents)

<br />1996, Sept .... An administrative subdivision for the parcel at 14542 Nowthen, and outtot H of Woodpond Hills
<br /> was presented to the city adminstrator for evaluation, returned with no action, and recommend
<br /> the Minor Subdivision process, because of my position on the P&Z, and it was more complex
