16. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />23. <br /> <br />24. <br /> <br />That on June 3, 2005, the Applicant submitted an application for a variance to density <br />calculations. <br /> <br />That on June 23, 2005, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment adopted findings of fact and a <br />resolution denying the request for variance. <br /> <br />That on July 1, 2005, the City received a written appeal of the Board of Adjustment's <br />decision and requested to be heard by the City Council. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will/will not permit a density that is prohibited in the R-2 <br />Medium Density District. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will/will not violate the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />That, if granted, the variance, will/will not grant the Applicant a sPecial privilege that is <br />denied to other owners of land in the same district. <br /> <br />That the special conditions causing the undue hardship do/do not result from the actions of <br />the Applicant. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will/will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of the <br />Ramsey Zoning Chapter. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will/will not substantially increase the congestion of public <br />streets, or increase the danger of fire, or endanger the public safety, or substantially impair <br />property values within the neighborhood. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #0$-07- <br /> Page 3 of 4_ <br /> <br />-268- <br /> <br /> <br />
