We are'delighted to join you as part of this far-reaching develo :ment <br />project. <br /> <br />As taken from the RFP submitted on May 10, 2005, the Scope of Services for the first two 3hases <br />of the Core Area Fitness Center Masterplan Design are as follows: <br /> <br />Phase 1: <br /> · <br /> <br /> Predevelopment Phase <br /> Gather project site data/existing conditions including: <br /> · Review of transit based issues <br /> · Review of utility based issues <br /> · Review of environmental and soils based issues <br />· Undertake preliminary code and zoning review with city officials to discuss: <br /> · Land use <br /> · Lighting <br /> · Parking requirements <br /> · Signage <br /> · Lot coverage/green space requirement <br /> Undertake preliminary site master plan/programming with city officials and <br /> development team so that we may: <br /> · Establish extents of the site <br /> <br />Establish uses for site (i.e. fitness, public gathering areas, indoor/outdoor <br />activities, civic/community functions) <br />Establish preferred patterns of access <br />Consider issues of public/private operations <br /> <br />Deliverables: · Attend meetings with city and development team <br /> · Organize site and code data into a preliminary report <br /> · Develop preliminary site sketch showing relation of uses and access <br /> <br />-326- Fee: $10,300 <br /> <br /> <br />
