Absent: Chairperson Nixt and Commissioner Van <br />Scoy. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Levine, seconded by Commissioner Shepherd, to recommend that City <br />Council approve the Preliminary Plat and Preliminary Site P1an for Ramsey Town Center 8th <br />Addition contingent on the City Staff Review Letter dated May 27, 2005, and on conversion of <br />Outlot B to a 50-foot public-right-of-way. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Assistant ChairPerson Johnson, Commissioners Levine, Shepherd, <br />and Brauer. Voting No; Commissioner Watson.
