Study Costs <br />Costs of the study would be split between the Public Improvement Revolving (PIR) Fund, Water Utility Fund and <br />Sanitary Sewer Fund. Staff would aim to recoup these costs as part of a future assessment to the projects for <br />collector infrastructure improvements. <br />• $14,860 for Infrastructure Study <br />• $9,260 for Lift Station Analysis <br />Future Capital Costs <br />Other than potential cost share for Nowthen Boulevard and 175th Avenue, Staff would recommend that the 2 <br />Developers be responsible for all costs internal to the sites. The City may construct 173rd Avenue and assess the <br />costs back to the adjacent developments.
