I. Lower Rice Creek SRA Agreement <br />The Board reviewed a memo prepared by Stormwater and Shoreland Specialist Mitch Haustein <br />requesting the extension of the Lower Rice Creek SRA to July 1, 2021. <br />• LeMay moved to execute the Lower Rice Creek Stormwater Retrofit Analysis agreement <br />amendment that extends the term of the agreement to July 1, 2021. Lindahl seconded <br />the motion. Five ayes (LeMay, Lindahl, Meixell, Truchon, Werdien), no abstentions, no <br />nays. Motion carried. <br />J. Lawns to Legumes (L2L) - Reimbursements <br />The Board reviewed a memo prepared by Taylor related to the Lawns to Legumes program and <br />plants purchased by a Master Gardner for various projects. <br />• Meixell moved to approved reimbursement to Lia Spaniolo, Master Gardener <br />Coordinator $2,198.75 for the L2L projects as listed below. Truchon seconded the <br />motion.
