<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-096 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DONATION AGREEMENT AND ACQUISITION OF <br />OUTLOTS C AND D SWEETBAY RIDGE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, First Bank Elk River (the “Donor”) proposes to donate Outlots C and D, <br />Sweetbay Ridge (the “Property”) to the City of Ramsey (the “City”); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Donor has asked the City to pay for the costs relating to closing including, <br />but not limited to, the Phase 1 Environmental; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Donation Agreement has been drafted by the City Attorney which serves <br />as a purchase agreement and clarifies the costs responsible by each party and the requirements of <br />closing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to execute the attached <br />Donation Agreement and to execute all documents required to complete the transfer of the <br />Property to the City. <br />2) The City Council formally accepts the donation of the Property. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
