The City of Ramsey's <br />Building Official posted the home as uninhabitable on October 29th, 2020 due to the significant <br />damage sustained. <br />The 2006 International Property Maintenance Code, Section 304 states general requirements of <br />the exterior of structures. Currently, your home does not meet the requirements. City Staff would <br />like to discuss your plans to repair the home, and propose a timeline of thirty (30) days to <br />address the issue. Please provide a scope of work to the Building Division by December 3rd, <br />2020. Staff is happy to work with you and work through your scope of work to together to get <br />towards the home being considered habitable <br />Please contact City Staff regarding one of the two options presented below: <br />1. Provide a scope of work to the City of Ramsey's Building Division with proposed <br />repairs, and a timeline of completion within the next thirty (30) days; or <br />2. Speak with members of the Planning and Building Divisions about possibilities for <br />assistance.
