Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-103 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR WIRZ ADDITION <br />RECITALS <br />1. Cynthia M. Wirz, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Final Plat <br />approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />That part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 24 Township 32 Range 25 described <br />as follows: Commencing at the SW corner of said Section 24, thence north along <br />west line of said Section 217.8 feet, thence east and parallel with south line of said <br />Section 200 feet to the point of beginning, thence continue east parallel with said <br />south line 200 feet, thence north and parallel with said west line 217.8 feet, thence <br />west and parallel with said south line 200 feet, thence south 217.8 feet to point of <br />beginning, subject to road and easements of record. <br />-Or upon recording - <br />Lots 1-2, Block 1, WIRZ ADDITION <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />2. The City of Ramsey received an application for a Sketch Plan and Final Plat for WIRZ <br />ADDITION from the Developer on February 5, 2021; and <br />3. The City of Ramsey invoked a 60-day extension to the 60-day rule on April 5, 2021. <br />4. The City Council reviewed the Final Plat on April 27, 2021. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Final Plat and Development <br />Agreement for WIRZ ADDITION in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />a) Review and approval as to legal form of the Final Plat and Development Agreement by <br />the City Attorney. <br />b) Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City of Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />
