Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #21-103 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR WIRZ ADDITION RECITALS 1. Cynthia M. Wirz, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: That part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 24 Township 32 Range 25 described as follows: Commencing at the SW corner of said Section 24, thence north along west line of said Section 217.8 feet, thence east and parallel with south line of said Section 200 feet to the point of beginning, thence continue east parallel with said south line 200 feet, thence north and parallel with said west line 217.8 feet, thence west and parallel with said south line 200 feet, thence south 217.8 feet to point of beginning, subject to road and easements of record. -Or upon recording - Lots 1-2, Block 1, WIRZ ADDITION (the "Subject Property") 2. The City of Ramsey received an application for a Sketch Plan and Final Plat for WIRZ ADDITION from the Developer on February 5, 2021; and 3. The City of Ramsey invoked a 60-day extension to the 60-day rule on April 5, 2021. 4. The City Council reviewed the Final Plat on April 27, 2021. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Final Plat and Development Agreement for WIRZ ADDITION in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: a) Review and approval as to legal form of the Final Plat and Development Agreement by the City Attorney. b) Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City of Ramsey. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
