CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Kuzma called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Kuzma. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />2.01: Board and Commission Member Oath of Office <br />Administrative Services Director Lasher completed the ceremonial swearing in of Ms. Rachal <br />Johnson, Mr. William MacLennan, and Mr. Michael Olson who have joined the Economic <br />Development Authority, and Mr. Dean Olson who has joined the Park and Recreation <br />Commission. <br />2.02: Fire Department of the Year Award <br />Fire Chief Kohner stated that annually, the Minnesota State Fire Department Association <br />(MSFDA) awards a MN Fire Department the honor of Fire Department of the Year. <br />City Council / April 13, 2021 <br />Page 2 of 20 <br />
