The improvement is generally a reclamation project, with spot curb replacement. Staking is anticipated to include: • Several segments of storm sewer pipe, • A portion of the concrete curb and gutter replacement, • Alternate: The McKinley Street alternate is anticipated to require survey staking for the grading, concrete curb and gutter, class 5 aggregate base course, storm sewer culvert, and catch basin. Bolton & Menk will also complete Record Drawing related surveying for the project. We have made the following assumptions related to the base project in preparing this proposal: • 5.5 hours of office surveyor time will be required to prepare the files, and • 18 hours of field survey time will be required. For the McKinley Street alternate, we assumed: • 2.5 hours of office surveyor time will be required to prepare the files, and • 14 hours of field survey time will be required. All work associated with the base project will be completed for a Not -to -Exceed amount of $3,250.
