PROPOSAL SPECIFICATIONS <br />Design and Construct exterior finishes on Pump House No. 3 <br />at 14515 Center Street, pursuant to all industry standards, <br />and material manufacturer's instructions. <br />Pre -Qualifications: <br />I. **Bidder/Contactor shall demonstrate that he/she has successfully installed 3 <br />(three) projects of comparable or greater scope in a county, municipal or school <br />setting in the Twin Cities Metropolitan area within the last 10 (ten) years. <br />II. Bidder/Contractor shall confirm his/her capacity to develop the design and <br />produce construction documents necessary to convey the design intent depicted <br />in pages 5 &6, with colors and finishes* similar to that of the Municipal Center; <br />and to receive a building permit for the Work, and to construct the Project. A <br />Design Subcontractor, if required to fulfill this requirement, must be identified <br />in the Bidder/Contractor's proposal. <br />III. Contractor is responsible for visiting the site and Pump House to determine all <br />existing conditions that may affect the performance of the Work, AND <br />participating in the Pre -Bid Conference if one is scheduled. <br />Project Requirements: <br />1/We agree to design and construct furnish all labor, supply materials as needed, and site <br />security to perform the work as described below: <br />• Contractor and the City of Ramsey shall enter into the City's standard form of <br />agreement <br />• Contractor shall submit documentation of the design to the City of Ramsey's <br />representative for review and approval at two phases of the Project: design <br />development and 75 % of contract documents. The Contractor shall provide an <br />Architectural Finish Material Board, for acceptance at the design development <br />phase. <br />• Contractor shall submit contract documents for permitting by the City of Ramsey <br />and shall secure all permits related to the Work. <br />• Purnp House No. 3 shall be fully operational during construction. The Contractor <br />shall make accommodations for these continuous operations and for access to the <br />building by City staff and other Contractors as may be required. <br />2 1 Page <br />
