In reviewing the proposed Final Plat to the approved Preliminary Plat, the Final Plat appears <br />consistent. Preserve at Northfork 2nd Addition proposes 51 lots and is the final addition for Preserve at Northfork, <br />utilizing the remaining land in the northeast area of the site. <br />Notification: <br />No notification required. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />The Final Plat project is consistent with the approved R-1 and R-2 Residential Development.
