Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-104 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR THE PRESERVE AT NORTHFORK SECOND <br />ADDITON <br />WHEREAS, Preserve at Northfork, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Final <br />Plat approval of the legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto: <br />OUTLOT B, PRESERVE AT NORTHFORK, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); and <br />WHEREAS, the Subject Property is zoned R-1 Residential (MUSA) District with 80 foot wide lots on <br />the west half and R-2 Residential (Detached Villa) District with 50 foot wide lots on the east half; and <br />WHERAS, the City has received an Application for Final Plat approval for Preserve at Northfork Second <br />Addition on March 25, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered Resolution #20-055 for Preliminary Plat for The <br />Preserve at Northfork as well as Ordinance #20-02 for Rezoning of the Subject Property from Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) to R-1 Residential (MUSA) District and R-2 Residential (Detached Villa) District at its <br />meeting on May 7t1i, 2020. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution #20-055 for Preliminary Plat for The Preserve at <br />Northfork as well as Ordinance #20-02 for Rezoning of the Subject Property from Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) to R-1 Residential (MUSA) District and R-2 Residential (Detached Villa) District at its meeting on May <br />12th, 2020. <br />WHERAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat for Preserve at Northfork Second Addition at their <br />regular meeting on April 27, 2021. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval for The Preserve at Northfork Second <br />Addition contingent upon the following conditions <br />a. Entering into a development agreement with the City, subject to final review to legal form by the <br />City Attorney. <br />b. Formal adoption of the City of Ramsey 2040 Comprehensive Plan. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />
