<br />Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-104 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR THE PRESERVE AT NORTHFORK <br />SECOND ADDITON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Preserve at Northfork, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied <br />for Final Plat approval of the legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto: <br /> <br /> OUTLOT B, PRESERVE AT NORTHFORK, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, the Subject Property is zoned R-1 Residential (MUSA) District with 80 foot wide <br />lots on the west half and R-2 Residential (Detached Villa) District with 50 foot wide lots on the east half; <br />and <br /> <br />WHERAS <br /> , the City has received an Application for Final Plat approval for Preserve at Northfork <br />Second Addition on March 25, 2021; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the Planning Commission considered Resolution #20-055 for Preliminary Plat for <br />The Preserve at Northfork as well as Ordinance #20-02 for Rezoning of the Subject Property from <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) to R-1 Residential (MUSA) District and R-2 Residential (Detached <br />th <br />Villa) District at its meeting on May 7, 2020. <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the City Council approved Resolution #20-055 for Preliminary Plat for The <br />Preserve at Northfork as well as Ordinance #20-02 for Rezoning of the Subject Property from Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD) to R-1 Residential (MUSA) District and R-2 Residential (Detached Villa) <br />th <br />District at its meeting on May 12, 2020. <br /> <br />WHERAS, <br />the City Council approved the Final Plat for Preserve at Northfork Second Addition <br />at their regular meeting on April 27, 2021. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval for The Preserve at Northfork <br />Second Addition contingent upon the following conditions <br /> <br />a.Entering into a development agreement with the City, subject to final review to legal form <br />by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />b.Formal adoption of the City of Ramsey 2040 Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
