<br />Councilmember Howell introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-089 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING SITE PLAN AND FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BUNKER LAKE <br />RD <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK 3 ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> PSD, LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied for Site Plan and <br />Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot B, Bunker Lake Industrial Park Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Or upon platting: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlot A, Bunker Lake Industrial Park Third Addition, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on April 8, 2021; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the City Council reviewed the final plat of Bunker Lake Industrial Park on April <br />27, 2021. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />rd <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Bunker Lake Industrial Park 3 <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />a)Compliance with the Staff Review Letter and ProjectDox Comments <br /> <br />b)Cost Share Agreement on Widening of Bunker Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />c)Approval by the City Engineer and City Attorney. <br /> <br />d)The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
