In some cases, a land survey may be necessary preparatory to <br />the appraisal. A purchase agreement will be formulated that addresses all the elements of the <br />land transaction, which will be reviewed by the appropriate legal professionals. <br />During the period of negotiations with landowners, the entity that will ultimately own the various <br />easements will be identified. The Minnesota Land Trust will also be contacted and stewardship <br />expenses and the corresponding value will explored. <br />Land acquisition procedures will. be conducted in accordance with the Mn DNR <br />Reimbursement Manual for 2003 LCMR Pass Through Appropriations and will meet minimum <br />DNR land standards.
