<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-127 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR BECKER <br />ROLLING PINES SECOND ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Riverstone Development LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly <br />applied for Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />OUTLOT A BECKER ROLLING PINES, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />OUTLOT C BECKER ROLLING PINES, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />-Or upon recording- <br /> <br />Lots 1, Block 1, BECKER ROLLING PINES SECOND ADDITION <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat with several contingencies, <br />including the Developer entering into a Development Agreement on February 23, 2021. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement between the <br />Developer and the City for Becker Rolling Pines Second Addition contingent upon final <br />approval by City Engineer, City Attorney as to legal form, and verification of park and trail <br />dedication credit accounting. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Specht, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
