4. That the Modular Structures may not include utilities other than electricity. Working <br />plumbing shall not be permitted. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittee shall submit a scaled site plan with topographic and drainage <br />information for review by the City Engineer developed in CAD format by a registered <br />engineer, and any approval shall be subject to the review by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />6. That the Modular Structures must meet all other applicable regulations found in City <br />Code and other applicable law and statutes including, but not limited to, height, setback, and <br />lot coverage requirements. <br /> <br />7. That the areas underneath the Modular Structures shall be restored within 30 days of <br />termination of use for display of modular homes for sale and restored with topsoil and <br />establish turf in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />8.
