<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-123 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO AMERICAN LIBERTY <br />CONSTRUCTION INC. FOR THE DESIGN AND EXTERIOR FINISHES FOR PUMP <br />HOUSE #3 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for quotes published on April 2, 2021 and April <br />th <br />9, 2021 for the design and exterior finishes for pump house #3, quotes were received, opened and <br />tabulated according to law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the following is a summary of the quotes that were received: <br />Contractor Total Bid <br /> American Liberty Construction, Inc. $132,500.00 <br /> <br />th <br /> WHEREAS, City Council on April 27, 2021 authorized the award to American Liberty <br />Construction, Inc. in a not exceed amount of $120,000.00. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with American Liberty Construction Inc. for the design and exterior finishes for <br />pump house #3 , in the amount not to exceed $120,000.00, and <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the `foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
