In instances where!'the City approves alternative buffer standards, <br />an applicant may be required to aP~l~i~i~:iiraordinary management measures to control <br />erosion, sedimentation and nutrient loading during and for two years after construction as <br /> <br />necessary. <br /> <br /> Subd. 4. Extraordinary management measures that may be permitted in <br />conjunction with and up-slOpe from the above buffer strip and setback requirement <br />include, but are not limited to measures that add redundant protections to normal required <br />Best Management Practices. <br /> <br /> Subd. 5.
