MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY AND AMERICAN FEDERATION OF <br />STATE,COUNTY, AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES (AFSCME) <br />January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 as described below: <br />M, O.TJ. TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES <br />The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOTJ) is to memorialize the <br />agreement.between the City of Ramsey EMPLOYER) and the American Federation <br />� <br />of State, County, p and Municipal Employees (AFSCMB) concerning temporary employeesas defined in Article 2 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement; TEMPORARY FULL- <br />TIME <br />AND/OR TEMPORARY PART-TIME UNION MEMBERS. <br />mayhire upto six(6)temporary maintenance workers including two (2) <br />The EMPLOYER two <br />the Parks Division,(2) EMPLOYEES in the Streets Division, and <br />EMPLOYEES in.
