MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BETWEEN THE CITY of RAMSEY . <br />AND <br />LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES - PATROL <br />ARTICLE SEVENTEEN (17) M.o.U, HOLIDAYS <br />For 2021 only, the following changes apply to Article 17, Section and 17.4 of the 2017/2018 <br />. LELS Patrol Labor Agreement: <br />Section 17.4 Each employee shall have the option to sell a maximum of 54 of his/her holiday <br />hours, back to the employer at his/her current rate of pay.
