Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #21-127 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR BECKER ROLLING PINES SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Riverstone Development LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for <br />Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />OUTLOT A BECKER ROLLING PINES, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />and <br />OUTLOT C BECKER ROLLING PINES, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />-Or upon recording - <br />Lots 1, Block 1, BECKER ROLLING PINES SECOND ADDITION <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat with several contingencies, including the <br />Developer entering into a Development Agreement on February 23, 2021. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement between the Developer and <br />the City for Becker Rolling Pines Second Addition contingent upon final approval by City Engineer, City <br />Attorney as to legal form, and verification of park and trail dedication credit accounting. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 11 th day of <br />May, 2021. <br />
