ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made this day of May, 2021, by and <br />between the CITY OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of <br />Minnesota ("City"), and Shuck and Chad Lennander, and their successors and assigns <br />("Landowner"). <br />RECITALS: <br />WHEREAS, Landowner is the fee owner of the real property located at 6141 145th Lane <br />NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 4, Block 3 Chestnut Hill 5th Addition <br />("Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City currently has Drainage and Utility Easements ("Easements") over, <br />under and across a portion of the Property, as dedicated to the public pursuant to the Plat known <br />as "CHESTNUT HILLS 5TH ADDITION" recorded in the Office of the County Recorder, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, Landowner seeks permission from the City to encroach upon the Easements <br />maintain an existing ten foot by fourteen foot (10' x 14') shed (the "Shed") in the rear yard of the <br />Property as shown on Exhibit "A". <br />1 <br />
