STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />Code Enforcement Unit <br />April 18, 2021 <br />Brian Aho <br />Or Current Owner <br />6237 Rivlyn Ave NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />City of #k <br />RAMSEY <br />-FIRST NOTICE OF VIOLATION - <br />RE: Violations on Anoka County PID # 35-32-25-32-0026 (6237 Rivlyn Ave NW) <br />Dear Property Owner: <br />The City of Ramsey has adopted ordinances that are designed to keep the community safe, healthy <br />and attractive. City Staff received a complaint of commercial activity on the above premises. An <br />inspection revealed the following violations of the Ramsey City Code as listed below: <br />• Chapter 3 0-3 . — Property conditions constituting a public nuisance. <br />o (6) The storage or accumulation of waste, refuse, or garbage that is not contained <br />in a closed container designed or reasonably adapted for such purpose, except for <br />30 days preceding pick-up by a hauler. This includes any accumulation of <br />appliances, plumbing fixtures, furniture, equipment, remnants of wood (decayed or <br />weathered) unused construction materials, stockpiles of rocks or dirt, or any items <br />that could not be put to use in the manner that they are intended. <br />o (26) The outdoor or outside storage of any part of a motor vehicle or piece of <br />machinery that is deteriorating or unusable or intended to be used as salvageable <br />p <br />arts. <br />• City Code Section 117-355 —Residential development off-street parking sections <br />o (b) (1 through 6) Number of items, locations, and surfacing. <br />You have 14 days from the date of this letter to address the following (or you will receive an <br />administrative citation of $75): <br />• Chapter 30-3. —Property conditions constituting a public nuisance. <br />o Properly store all public nuisance items, or remove them from the property. <br />• Chapter 117-355 —Residential development off-street parking <br />o No vehicles may be parked on the grass <br />o Please remove vehicle from side lawn onto approved surface. <br />Please contact me at (763) 433-9840 to schedule a follow up inspection after the violations are <br />corrected (to ensure you are not assessed any charges), or to answer any questions you may have. <br />Sincerely, <br />City of Ramsey • 7550 Sunwood Dr NW • Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />City Hall (763) 427-1410 • Police Administration (763) 427-6812 <br />
