STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />Code Enforcement Unit <br />April 20th, 2021 <br />John and Jessica Kidd <br />or Current Owner <br />6225 Rivlyn Ave NW <br />Ramsey MN 55303 <br />City of #it< <br />RAMSEY <br />-THIRD NOTICE OF VIOLATION - <br />RE: Violations on Anoka County PID #35-32-25-32-0024 (6225 Rivlyn Ave NW) <br />Dear Property Owner: <br />The City of Ramsey has adopted ordinances that are designed to keep the community safe, healthy and <br />attractive. The City conducted an inspection of the premises with a court -issued search warrant on February <br />8th, 2021, which revealed the following violations of the Ramsey City Code as listed below: <br />• Chapter 30-3: Property conditions constituting a public nuisance <br />(6) "The storage or accumulation of waste, refuse, or garbage that is not contained in a closed <br />container designed or reasonably adapted for such purpose, except for 30 days preceding <br />pick-up by a hauler.
